Position Overview

Role: Loan Officer Assistant
Location: Illinois, USA

Responsibilities:

• Support our Loan Officers in managing and organizing loan files, ensuring accuracy and compliance throughout the loan process.
• Assist in collecting and verifying borrower information, communicating with clients, and addressing inquiries to facilitate a smooth lending process.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders including underwriters, appraisers, and title companies to ensure timely and efficient loan processing.
• Prepare and review documentation, assist in assembling loan packages, and maintain accurate records in accordance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Contribute to the team’s success by providing administrative support and performing other tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a mortgage-related role or administrative capacity preferred.
• Knowledge of loan processing procedures, mortgage industry regulations, and software applications.
• Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members professionally.
