Loan Application Checklist
PRIMARY REQUIREMENTS FOR SOLID PRE-APPROVAL:
- W2 tax forms – most recent two years
- Current pay stubs from the last 30 days
- 2 months of bank statements (all pages)
- Copy of your driver’s license and Social Security card (The copy needs to be clear enough to read the numbers on the page)
ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTS:
- Most recent copy of 401K or IRA statement
- Copy of the HUD settlement statement and the Note from the most recent refinance/purchase
- Current mortgage statement
- Copy of the homeowner’s insurance declaration page or the agent’s name and phone number
- 2 years tax returns for self employed borrower
